沙丁鱼+药材鸡汤
今天的晚餐-罐头沙丁鱼.爆香蒜蓉和洋葱,倒进沙丁鱼,小辣椒,加些水和蕃茄酱,再挤一点的酸柑汁,煮大概5分钟就可了.
我喜欢但他却不太爱的药材鸡汤
