昨天早上答应了他的侄儿要做巧克力牛油蛋糕给他吃，所以连我想做的南瓜面包/土司也得牺牲了。但既然南瓜泥已经弄好了，再加上做巧克力蛋糕又剩下一般的牛油，就干脆做个南瓜牛油蛋糕吧！也是没有食谱，也是用蒸的（巧克力蛋糕霸占了烤箱）烤出来时的蛋糕切了看到好像Kuih，有点失望了。谁知道第一口咬下去时，竟然是松松软软的（真的是糕不可貌相哦^^)南瓜加牛油的结果是吃起来的蛋糕好像有牛奶的味道（特别涅！）哈..让原本打算自己啃完这个蛋糕的我，最后竟然一直叫人吃这个蛋糕呢！^^
材料：自发粉150克，南瓜泥（我用了大概150克）糖80克，牛油半块（125克）蛋3粒（我用AA蛋）Vanilla香精数滴
做法：将牛油和糖用搅拌机打至松法，逐粒蛋加入打至松软，加入Vanilla香精，再筛入自发粉搅拌均匀，最后将南瓜泥都倒入搅拌成面糊。用大火蒸大概50分钟就可以了。（烤模一定得用锡纸包住）
这巧克力牛油蛋糕我用了三汤匙的巧克力粉和两汤匙的MILO加水搅溶而成的，味道很不错的哦.材料和做法都和南瓜牛油蛋糕一样（只是将南瓜泥换成了巧克力+MILO粉而已）180度烘烤45分钟或至熟就可以了。
