ABC汤+腊肠桂豆煎蛋+炖鸡精

前天就用电饭锅SLOW COOK功能煮了5小时的ABC汤,还特地加多一点点的胡椒粒,结果没想到昨天下午就喉咙疼了,那我煮了点ABC汤怎么办!!死就死吧,安慰自己或许可以来一招以毒攻毒呢,哈!

再来一碟腊肠桂豆煎蛋,先将拉长和桂豆炒熟备用,蛋加入酱油和胡椒粉打法后,用平底锅煎到半熟时,加入腊肠桂豆,卷起用慢火煎至熟就可以了。
除了这两毒,晚餐后再炖这鸡精,真的是很毒(很补?)哦!自己有过一刹那的想法,会不会一觉就‘忘记’起来了呢,哈....
