咸香烤全鸡
用五香粉和盐腌了两天的甘榜鸡,涂了牛油烤了大概15分钟后,再涂牛油烤半小时到鸡全熟.吃时还是很豪迈的撕来吃,比起斩成块的吃得更过瘾呢.
豆腐蒸后,倒入烤鸡的汁,加点炸葱,美味.......小侄女还吵着说:我要豆腐和上面的'江鱼仔'
来个全家福-烤全鸡,豆腐,油菜心和昨晚喝剩的老黄瓜汤.我和他加小侄女竟然可以吃到完.他还加饭呢,为的就是不要浪费烤鸡的汁.
