蜜糖鸡
参考Y3K食谱的蜜糖鸡,很美味的一道菜肴,也相信我还会再做的.吃不完的肉我将它做了包,印度同事吃了以为是叉烧包,哈!
材料:鸡腿肉2只,蒜蓉1汤匙
腌料:蜜糖1汤匙,生抽1 1/2汤匙,花雕酒1汤匙,盐1小匙,姜汁1 1/2汤匙
做法:用腌料将鸡腿肉腌至少2小时(我腌过夜)
爆香蒜蓉后,倒进鸡肉炒香,用小火焖到汁稍微干后,开大火炒到汁干就可以了.
