梅花酥
做了那天的咸莲蓉酥饼后,一包1kg的咸莲蓉,还剩下700g++, 哎!头痛着要做什么好,翻了翻书,最后决定做这个莲花酥,我相信慢工出细货,特地将酥皮擀多两次,让其更酥和更有层次感,内馅则加了弄碎了的咸蛋黄,配上微咸的莲蓉,还很香和特别的,我喜欢^.^
